Compensation: $16.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:45am–4:15pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Operators for a manufacturing company in Sacred Heart, MN. In this role, you’ll support production by assembling, inspecting, and packaging quality products in a team-based environment. What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator:- Perform repetitive hand or machine assembly tasks
- Inspect parts for quality and follow work order instructions
- Label, sort, pack, and box finished products
- Operate basic equipment and machinery as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Work may include plastics, assembly, or grinding departments depending on placement.- What You Need to Bring to the Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator Role:
- Ability to read and follow basic work orders
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred, but not required
- No experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
