Entry-Level Outreach Representative

Our event marketing team is hiring Entry-Level Outreach Representatives to support live events, community campaigns, brand experiences, and customer engagement initiatives.

No previous marketing or event experience is required. We provide training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and develop valuable communication and customer service skills.

This position is a great fit for recent graduates, career changers, hospitality and retail professionals, and individuals looking for their first professional opportunity.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Outreach Representative, you will:

• Represent our clients and campaigns at events and community-based activities
• Engage with customers and members of the public in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, programs, or campaigns
• Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
• Assist with event setup, organization, and day-to-day activities
• Answer questions and help customers find the information they need
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Help the team meet event and outreach goals
• Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing client campaigns
