Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling and wiring control panels based on project specifications, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Support the installation of electrical components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers in control panels following instructions from senior technicians
- Help inspect wiring and components to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Assist in troubleshooting issues encountered during assembly and report to senior team members
- Collaborate with engineers and experienced technicians to ensure control panels meet project requirements
- Keep track of wiring configurations and components used during assembly
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and work area in organized condition
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in electrical systems or control panel wiring is a plus
- No previous experience required; relevant coursework or internships in electrical systems preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing instruments
- Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and guidelines
- Must be able to lift moderate objects and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail, following instructions carefully, and focus on precision
- Strong willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with others in a team environment
