Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky LLP was founded in 1998 in New York City by three lawyers from Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP. Since then, our firm has become one of the leading litigation boutiques in New York City, with an established record of successfully representing our clients in complex litigation matters, including trials, appeals, and regulatory investigations. We show time and again that we can successfully handle the most sophisticated disputes, and year after year, have a track record of wins and other successes for our clients.
In recent years, the legal marketplace experienced a period of historic convergence and globalization. Many law firms raced to open new offices around the world, or merge, to achieve growth and scale. We purposefully pursued a different course. We believe that not every legal problem requires an army of lawyers or a follow-the-playbook approach. We preserved our focus on a team-based, personal, tailored, and flexible approach to working with clients to achieve their goals. The result is an exceptional law firm with a focus on complex commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and proven results.
Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky is recommended as a leading law firm for New York General Commercial Litigation by Chambers & Partners.
