What You'll Do
As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Stocking, organizing, and accurately shipping parts to ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting the Senior Parts Specialist with daily inventory and order processing tasks.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts orders, providing excellent service.
- Maintaining precise records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Supporting inventory management activities, including proper labeling, storage, and tracking of parts.
- Ensuring that all parts are stored safely and correctly, following company procedures.
- Pulling orders efficiently, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily performance goals.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle parts and perform warehouse tasks.
- Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or customer service is a plus but not required.
