We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Press Operator to support our manufacturing operations. No previous manufacturing experience is required - we will train you on the job!
As a Press Operator, you will play an important role in keeping our production line running smoothly by inspecting, counting, and packaging plastic parts as they come off our molding presses. Our Press Operators are responsible for identifying quality defects and making sure parts meet customer and MMI standards before they move to the next step in the process.
This position is a great fit for someone who is dependable, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in doing quality work. Regular attendance and the ability to accurately count and visually inspect parts are essential to success in this role.
STARTING RATE: $17-19/Hour

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various production tasks, including trimming excess plastic, adding fixtures or components, counting parts, and packaging finished products.
Inspect parts for defects and remove parts that do not meet quality standards.
Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job.
Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues
Required Qualifications:
No previous manufacturing experience required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Environment & Expectations:
Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.
Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.
Stop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.
