Entry-Level Press Operators
Our client in Salem, Ohio, is looking for hardworking individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Press Operators! No experience is requiredthis is a great opportunity for those starting out in their careers.

Hours:
1st Shift, 6:00 am 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
Pay:
$12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 2-handed press machines
Check part quality during production
Perform packaging of finished products
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to set up, operate, and adjust press machines (dies, tooling, speeds)
Basic blueprint reading and use of measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform quality inspections and identify defects
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
No formal experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided
Other Requirements:
On-site work only
Ability to lift and perform physical tasks as needed
