Description Weyerhaeuser Lumber mill in Raymond, WA is hiring for Entry Level Production Associates. This is a bargaining unit position in the IAM AW Union. Key Functions: Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures. Actively participate in the team-based work environment with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and respectable work ethic. Successful applicants will train for a variety of positions, including cleanup and equipment operation. Ability to interpret work instructions and complete tasks as delegated. Utility labor such as picking up debris, sweeping, relieving production employees. Apply good housekeeping standards to your work area or any area you observe. Cross-train in production roles and be able to fill in when short-handed. Activities involving safety, quality, and process reliability improvements. Demonstrate a desire to achieve and take pride in your work. Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions. Operate and monitor various machine centers.
