Entry-Level Production Assistant

Pawfect Shine is looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Production Assistant to support the daily operations of our pet grooming location in Milwaukee. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment and is comfortable working around pets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the grooming team with daily salon operations
• Prepare grooming areas and supplies before appointments
• Help keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Assist with preparing pets for their scheduled grooming services
• Safely assist with moving pets between designated areas
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
• Help restock approved grooming supplies
• Follow established cleanliness and safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$27 per hour, depending on experience
