Production Associate
Location: Brook Park, OH
Pay: $14–$16/hr depending on experience
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Openings Available

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with food production and packaging operations
• Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures
• Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
• Support additional production and warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable attendance and strong punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday
• Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed
• Occasional Saturday overtime based on production demands
