Entry Level Production Workers

New Era Staffing is hiring immediately for the Entry Level Production Worker position at a well-established packing and distribution facility in Auburn, WA.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:55 am to 2:25 pm

Position Summary

As an Entry Level Production Worker, you will work directly on the production line to support daily packaging and distribution operations. This includes configuring products on the line, stacking cases onto pallets, sleeving and sealing items, and preparing finished goods for shipment. You will also be responsible for palletizing completed orders in an organized and accurate manner while ensuring all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food-grade standards. Much of the work is repetitive and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to maintain consistent productivity. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to contribute to a structured, team-oriented production environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments

• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Physically capable of standing, lifting, bending, and moving for an 8-hour shift

• Works well independently and as part of a team
