We are looking for a driven and curious Entry Level Project Controls/Field Coordinator to support our Life Sciences Construction Team in Houston, TX.

As a key member of our collaborative program support team, you'll will have the chance to work on exciting and challenging projects, supporting teams with budgeting, forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earned value measurement, risk management, scheduling, cashflow and reporting tools. You'll have the opportunity to engage in project field coordination, tracking project progress and communicating to various project stakeholders. Leveraging your organizational and time management skills, you will assist the overall program cost controls, schedule management and reporting function by providing updates, and presentations at all levels of management.

Here's what you'll need

• 0-2 years of experience in Project Controls, Field Coordination, or a closely related discipline
• Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Ideally, here's what you'll also have:

• Associate's degree in construction management, project management, or a closely related discipline
• Skills with Excel, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development
• Experience in project budgeting and planning
• Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling software experience is a plus

Posted Salary Range: Upper

The base salary range for this position is $36,600.00 to $55,330.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
