    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.   • Responsibilities

        • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
        • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues to escalate as necessary.
        • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
        • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing notes.

    Qualifications

        • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
        • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
        • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
        • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus
