Entry Level Project Engineer - Civil Construction - NoVA
The Entry Level Project Engineer - Civil Construction - NoVA will:
- Participate in a structured rotational development program focused on estimating, field operations, and project management.
- Support project teams on commercial, multifamily, residential, and transportation site development projects.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination efforts.
- Work closely with field superintendents and project managers to monitor project progress and resolve challenges.
- Help track project costs, budgets, and production quantities.
- Conduct site visits to observe construction activities and gain practical field experience.
- Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and company project management systems to support project execution.
- Learn company processes for safety, quality, cost control, and project delivery.
- Collaborate with experienced construction professionals in a highly communicative team environment.

The Entry Level Project Engineer - Civil Construction - NoVA will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Individuals with internship or entry-level construction experience.
- Internship experience within construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to build a long-term career in project management and civil construction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout Northern Virginia.
- Valid driver's license.
The Entry Level Project Engineer - Civil Construction - NoVA will receive:
- Structured rotational training across estimating, field operations, and project management.
- Exposure to projects ranging from $2M to $15M+ in value.

- Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000+ DOE
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus (2% to 15%)
- Location: Woodbridge, VA (5 days in office with local project travel)
