Entry Level Property Assistant

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

• Part-time or full-time

• Hours worked must be between Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

• $20-24 / hour with mileage reimbursement (if applicable)

• Seasonal or permanent - the choice is yours!

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED/equivalent

• Ability to pass DHS background check

• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Must possess and maintain a clean driving record.

MORE ON THE ROLE:

We are a company in human services that provides safe and supportive housing to individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness or living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

You will work at a variety of SLS properties in St. Paul and Minneapolis to complete landscaping, snow removal, assisting our maintenance team with light indoor duties and acquiring, transporting and delivering maintenance materials and supplies. You'll interact with team members and clients as you work within their offices and living spaces to maintain a well-kept property. You will be a part of weekly team meetings to connect and share thoughts and idea on how we can best accomplish our goals, and you'll have one-on-one meetings with your manager to further support you, develop your skills, problem solve, and further learn aspects of the role.
