Entry Level Purchasing Assistant

What your future day will look like:

• Process hardware, software, subscription, and licensing purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service expectations.
• Maintain and update purchase order information, including estimated arrival dates and shipment status within SAP.
• Monitor open orders and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery, invoicing, or customer expectations.
• Review and address blocked or parked invoices to support accurate and timely financial processing.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchasing activities and provide order support.
• Build strong supplier relationships while supporting inventory flow, sales opportunities, and operational performance.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, distribution, customer service, or operations support preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree, related industry experience, or multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German) are a plus
