JOB DESCRIPTION |

| Role and Responsibilities - Evaluate raw materials and components for compliance with specifications and industry standards before production.
- Monitor production processes at various stages to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify defects early.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, including measurements, defect reports, and compliance checks.
- Recognize and categorize defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications, providing detailed reports to management.
- Develop and enforce quality inspection processes that align with industry standards
- Investigate quality issues to determine root causes and support the implementation of corrective actions.

| Qualifications and Education Requirements - Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- High school diploma or GED
| | | Physical Demands and Work Environment: - Must be able to read, hear, talk, drive lift trucks, wear PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
