Entry-Level Radar & Software Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION J12 is seeking talented and motivated entry-level engineers to join our team as a full-time employee. Depending on qualifications and assigned role, this position will involve radar design and analysis, software development, and / or developing software simulations in support of various Department of War and Intelligence Community customers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Candidate must be a US-only Citizen. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS M.S. or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline Strong academic standing with GPA of 3.5 or higher Demonstrated engineering experience through student design teams, internships / co-ops, and/or personal projects Experience in signals and systems, electromagnetics, and digital signal processing Experience in data science and data analytics Experience with at least two programming/software development languages (C, C++, Matlab, Python, Java, etc) Experience in software development as part of a team Experience with data analytics methods including data cleaning / preparation, data model building, and presentation Ability to communicate complex technical issues and provide comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products (including document organization and technical writing) ABOUT J12 J12 Solutions is an Employee-Owned engineering services and technology solutions company.
