This is a commission-based opportunity with no income ceiling, giving you the ability to grow your earnings as your skills, activity, and business develop.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

No prior real estate experience is required.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

$122,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new leads and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests at every step.
Attend open houses and networking events to increase visibility and expand your professional network.
Utilize our proven systems to manage and follow up on leads efficiently and effectively, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build trust.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, enabling you to efficiently manage leads and client information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and shared success.
Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
