Responsibilities
- Learn and use Monumental’s buyer and seller presentations in client appointments.
- Make daily outreach to nurture leads in the CRM.
- Schedule and attend showings, inspections, and walkthroughs.
- Work with the operations team to keep paperwork complete and deadlines on track.
- Track activity metrics and review them in coaching sessions.
- Represent Monumental professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Virginia real estate license or plan to obtain promptly.
- Prior customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, service, etc.).
- Willingness to commit to full-time hours while income ramps.
- Comfortable with performance-based, commission-only pay.
