Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent – Training & Mentorship

Monumental Powered by PLACE is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent based out of our Fairfax office at 3950 University Drive. This is a 100% commission role for people who want a professional sales career in residential real estate with hands-on training, proven systems, and daily support. You will work with buyers and sellers in Fairfax County and North Arlington, follow a clear process from first conversation to closing, and build a long-term career on a well-known local team. Early-career agents typically earn between $40,000 and $60,000 in year one, with experienced agents able to earn six figures and above based on production.

Responsibilities

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and recommend a clear plan.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to generate interest and feedback.
• Follow up with leads daily via phone, text, email, and CRM so no opportunity is missed.
• Prepare and present comparative market data to help clients make pricing and offer decisions.
• Write and negotiate offers and contracts with guidance from senior agents.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and key deadlines with our operations team.
• Attend team trainings, coaching, and role-plays to continually improve skills and results.

Qualifications

• Virginia real estate license, or willingness to obtain one before working with clients.
• Full-time availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic comfort with CRM and email tools.
