Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
• Property Showings: Conduct property tours to showcase the features and benefits, highlighting the unique selling points to motivate potential buyers or tenants.
• Market Analysis: Provide clients with detailed market analyses, helping them make informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible terms for clients, ensuring all transactions are smooth and successful.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary real estate documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
• Networking: Build a robust network of connections within the real estate industry to generate leads and opportunities.

• Licensing: Valid Virginia Real Estate License is required.
• Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is desirable.
