Entry-Level Receptionist to assist the team within their New York City headquarters.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $24/hr
Position Overview: The Entry-Level Receptionist will provide administrative support to the team while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. This role is heavily focused on being the first point of contact in the office - reception, inbox management, filing, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute while supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Receptionist:- Provide front desk support for a high-volume office.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
- Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain overall front office cleanliness - vacuuming, organization, etc.
- Ensure all communications align with organizational values.
Required Experience/Skills for the Entry-Level Receptionist:- Internship or entry-level experience in an office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Entry-Level Receptionist:- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree is required.
