Job Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across assigned territories.
- Conduct approximately 25 pre-screen interviews per week.
- Post and maintain job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, referral programs, networking, and creative recruiting methods.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders.
- Extend offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Process new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records within recruiting and HR systems.
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for upcoming projects and seasonal hiring demands.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service setting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experienced using Microsoft Office platforms
- Strong customer service mentality when interacting with employees
- Previous retail and/or HR experience preferred, but not required
Additional Info:
- Pay: $20-21/hr.
- Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri
