Entry Level Recruiter Remote

The pay range for this position is $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience. All Recruiters are eligible for commission.
What Youll Do
• Efficiently review candidate resumes to identify the most qualified individuals to move forward. • Conduct or watch initial phone screen or video interviews with candidates. • Contact candidates through an application tracking system (ATS) or through direct sourcing. • Conduct interviews, make offers, and coordinate schedules for candidates to attend training classes. • Communicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates. • Manage candidates, candidate flow, and workload through Source2s and the clients ATS.
Who You Are
• Experience working in a professional setting or office environment. • Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction. • Customer-service focused and passionate about making connections. • Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Coachable, teamwork-focused. • Intermediate level of familiarity with different computer programs and software (Brightmove, Workday, Google Docs, etc.).
