Entry Level Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source strong candidates using a variety of recruiting tools, databases, and networking methods.
• Partner with Managers & team members to understand hiring priorities, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build long-term relationships with professionals and industry contacts to generate referrals and insights.
• Maintain high standards of communication and follow-through to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or another fast-paced, people-oriented role.
• Background/history with mechanical aptitude strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to collaborate with a team while managing personal performance goals.
• Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with technical roles or willingness to learn Skilled Trades/Engineering skill sets.

Compensation:
$35,000-$80,000 per year
