Location: Greater Cleveland (Parma, Mentor, Cuyahoga Falls, Sheffield)
Pay: $35,000 – $50,000 base + Monthly Commission

We’re hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team and grow into a full-cycle recruiting role supporting clients across light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and community outreach
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Match candidates to open positions based on skills and experience
• Support onboarding and ensure all hiring steps are completed
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS (JobDiva)
• Partner with your team to meet hiring goals and deadlines

What You Bring:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
