What You'll Do

As a Search Consultant, you'll become a trusted advisor to companies and professionals in your specialized market.

• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
• Develop your own network and become an expert in your chosen industry.
• Help companies identify and hire talented professionals.
• Source, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Learn about candidates' goals and connect them with the right opportunities.
• Manage the recruiting process from initial conversation through placement.
