This is a remote, performance-based sales opportunity offering structured training, defined advancement pathways, and uncapped earning potential.


Position Overview

The Remote Sales Associate is responsible for presenting company-approved insurance programs to individuals who have requested information. This role involves conducting virtual consultations, explaining coverage options, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Associates operate in a structured remote sales environment with leadership support, performance metrics, and advancement benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom and phone

  • Present approved insurance solutions clearly and professionally

  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

  • Assist clients through the enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules

  • Meet and exceed weekly performance objectives

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

This position does not involve cold calling or door-to-door solicitation.
