About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Representative to join our Auto Glass Division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about the automotive industry, and being part of a fast-paced team.

No previous auto glass experience is required. We will provide training to help you learn our products, services, systems, and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on site with their auto glass needs and questions
• Schedule and coordinate auto glass appointments for technicians
• Provide customers with accurate information about products and services
• Communicate with technicians, insurance companies, and customers
• Maintain accurate customer and job information
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales, customer service, automotive, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
