Tri-Valley Collective is hiring Entry-Level Representatives to join our expanding marketing, community outreach, and nonprofit campaign teams. We partner with organizations that create positive community impact and help raise awareness through professional, face-to-face outreach and customer engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated, outgoing, and eager to build a career in marketing, sales, communications, customer relations, and leadership. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.
Entry-Level Representative Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations and client campaigns through professional face-to-face outreach
- Engage with customers, community members, and supporters to increase awareness and participation
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong relationships
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community initiatives
- Learn and implement effective communication, sales, and outreach strategies
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and leadership development sessions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and business objectives
- Develop skills in marketing, sales, public relations, and team leadership
