Job Summary

This role ensures accurate processing of research materials while maintaining quality standards and supporting greenhouse and laboratory operations. Job Description
Manage and maintain inventory of research materials.
Process domestic and international material requests accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with established ISO quality standards.
Perform shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain organized, clean, and efficient workspaces.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed.
Complete accurate data entry and documentation.
Process research materials following established laboratory procedures.
Manage cooler storage and maintain cold storage rooms.
Perform greenhouse operations and plant care activities.
Collaborate with multiple departments to support research projects.
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Assist other departments after completing cross-training.
Skills Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Education/Training/Certifications
Associate of Science (A.S.) degree or higher.
Minimum of one year of related experience or training preferred.
On-the-job training provided across primary and supporting departments.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
Start Time: 8:00 AM
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with team assistance.
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
Ability to operate pallet jacks and walk-behind forklifts for internal material transport.
Pay Rate/Salary
Estimated Salary: $17.68to $25.68per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
