Candidates are successful here that come from a variety of hands-on backgrounds, including but not limited to

Technician/Laborer Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 18 years of age
Background check and pre-employment drug screening
Physical Stamina

Technician/Laborer Key Responsibilities:
Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites including water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed. Tasks include water extraction, content pack-out, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, debris removal, cleanup, detail cleaning, light construction and demolition.
Adhere to safety standards for materials removal.
Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.
Accurately document work, including using mobile software and job tracking systems as well as physical forms.
Operate restoration tools and equipment with care.
Maintain organized job sites and a professional company image.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
