Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Representative

We’re hiring friendly, motivated, and outgoing Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Representatives to help customers learn about energy efficiency programs, utility savings opportunities, incentives, and conservation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in retail and community locations
• Explain available energy-saving programs and potential benefits
• Answer basic customer questions and provide program information
• Help customers understand available options and next steps
• Support community outreach and public awareness campaigns
• Record customer interest and inquiries when applicable
• Work with your team to achieve outreach goals
• Follow program guidelines and company procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
