As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you’ll complete a sales training that emphasizes how to identify customer values, present solutions clearly, and support customers through the sales process. The Entry Level Sales Agent asks questions that reveal what a customer needs, like speed, dependable connectivity, or the freedom to use the internet without worry.
