Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients in the community to discuss their insurance needs.

Attend local events and networking gatherings to introduce our services.

Gather information to help families and business owners identify gaps in their coverage.

Prepare simple quotes and explain options clearly without using confusing industry jargon.

Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the agency owner to set weekly goals and track your progress.

Valid state insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.

Strong comfort level with initiating phone conversations and meeting new people.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.

A genuine desire to help neighbors in the Camas area secure their financial futures.

Prior experience in retail or hospitality is highly valued.
