What You'll Do

This is a field-based sales role where you'll meet homeowners in neighborhoods impacted by recent storms, inspect roofs for storm damage, and guide them through the insurance restoration process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• Help homeowners replace roofs while saving up to 95% of the cost
• Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process and deliver a professional customer experience.

Training & Support

We provide the training and support to help you succeed through daily team meetings, ongoing sales training, ride-alongs, and one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders.

Compensation & Benefits

Year 1: $70,000-$100,000+

Year 2: $100,000-$200,000+
