Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist clients with their insurance needs by providing information about products and services.
• Support the agency in daily operations, including claims guidance and managing customer inquiries.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance industry standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Must be fluent in English; Bilingual is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
