We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join a growing, mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community engagement.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, career changer, or seeking hands-on experience in marketing or sales, this position provides paid training, real-world experience, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will:

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events, pop-ups, and community initiatives

  • Conduct face-to-face marketing, outreach, and lead generation

  • Educate the public and raise awareness for nonprofit causes

  • Support donor acquisition and campaign performance tracking using basic CRM tools

  • Collaborate with team members to execute outreach and marketing strategies

  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development sessions

Who We’re Looking For

No prior experience is required—we provide full paid training. You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (college preferred but not required)
