Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands at live events and community outreach campaigns.
- Talk with customers and supporters in a friendly, professional manner.
- Share information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.
- Help build relationships with donors and community members.
- Assist with customer engagement, lead generation, and event support.
- Work with your team to achieve campaign and fundraising goals.
- Track campaign activity and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
