The Catalyst Corporation is hiring motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates in Oak Brook, IL.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and brand representation. You'll work directly with customers through face-to-face interactions while representing nationally recognized client brands in retail and promotional environments.

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide full paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance based on performance.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement

• Interact face-to-face with customers in retail and promotional environments

• Build rapport and create a positive, professional customer experience

• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information about available products and services

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Represent nationally recognized client brands professionally

• Communicate product and service benefits clearly and confidently

• Support promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives

• Help increase brand awareness through direct customer engagement

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Identify customer needs and introduce relevant products, services, and promotions

• Generate leads and assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Develop hands-on experience with sales strategies, customer acquisition, and campaign performance

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Participate in ongoing paid training and professional development

• Receive hands-on coaching from experienced team leaders

• Contribute to a positive, motivated, and performance-driven team environment
