What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested a free consultation, evaluate their project, educate them on our products, and guide them through a professional sales experience.
Sales Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
- Learn and execute the TORQ sales process
- Perform project inspections and measurements
- Present customized solutions and proposals
- Educate customers on our premium concrete coating systems
- Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
Team Development
- Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals
- Represent the TORQ brand with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
