Job Summary

Switch is hiring Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base through direct, relationship-driven sales.

This is a performance-based sales role where you'll connect with customers, present solutions, and close deals in a fast-moving environment. The role blends lead generation, customer interaction, and closing, giving you full control over your income and growth.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Prospecting

• Connect with potential customers in assigned areas
• Initiate conversations and introduce Switch solutions
• Identify customer needs and create interest

Sales & Closing

• Present products/services in a clear, confident way
• Answer questions and handle objections
• Close deals and drive immediate results

Pipeline & Personal Performance

• Track daily activity and results
• Follow a structured sales process and training system
• Continuously improve communication and closing ability
