** Compensation:** $45,000–$65,000 per year (base pay + bonuses + commissions)

** The Role - What You'll Do**
As a Field Representative, you're the most important part of our team because you will be the face of our company; our "boots on the ground," talking to homeowners to educate them on the variety of products we offer (NOT just one!!) and identifying qualified leads for our closers.

• ** Own Your Territory:** Learn to manage yourself and treat your assigned territory like your own business.
• ** Build Relationships:** Engage face-to-face, not behind a screen or a phone.
• ** Master the Pitch:** Learn objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

• ** High-Pressure Sales-** Our goal is to leave everyone with a great impression of our company by educating them on what we do and offering them a free consultation.
• ** Cold call/telemarketing**
• ** Pyramid/MLM**
