Entry Level Sales Representative

Full-Time | Paid Training

NBT Enterprises is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our retail sales team in the Portland area. This is an entry-level position with paid training, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in sales, customer service, or retail.

What You'll Do:

• Represent nationally recognized brands inside assigned retail locations.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product and service information.
• Educate customers on available promotions and current offerings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each interaction.
• Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales and communication skills.
• Follow company policies and retailer guidelines while representing client brands.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations in the Portland metropolitan area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
