Job Description: Sunfinity LLC is hiring driven, coachable sales reps and canvassers to represent solar, roofing, and life insurance to homeowners across the Tri-State area. We’re looking for the best of the best — but all backgrounds are welcome. No experience necessary; we train. You can start with solar and roofing and add life insurance licensing later, or dive into all three from day one — reps who sell across all three verticals have the highest earning potential on our team.
Responsibilities:
• Canvass neighborhoods and generate homeowner leads
• Educate homeowners on solar, roofing, and life insurance options
• Set/close appointments with support from our team
• Cross-sell across verticals to maximize commission per household
• Build a repeatable pipeline and grow your own book of business
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive mindset
• Comfortable with face-to-face, door-to-door interaction
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license if selling insurance (we’ll guide you — licensed agents also welcome)
