This is a face-to-face sales position where you'll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and bring our products and purpose to life within local communities.
What You'll Do:
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions based on their needs.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to support confident purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a defined area.
- A people-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
