Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and business clients throughout the Cleveland and Independence areas.

• Present and promote client products with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Learn and master sales presentations, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.

• Work with your team to hit weekly and monthly performance goals.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops.

• Deliver a positive and energetic customer experience while representing our clients with integrity.

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Sports minded, competitive, or athlete background (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Enjoys a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• No prior sales experience needed — just a winning mindset

Requirements

• Must be 18+

• Full-time availability

• Reliable transportation to our Independence, OH office

• Ability to work in person (not remote)
