Responsibilities
As an Entry-level Sales Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Researching, identifying, and prospecting potential new clients through various channels.
- Generating qualified leads and initiating the first outreach with potential customers via email, phone, and social media.
- Clearly and professionally articulating the value of eAlliance's technology solutions and services.
- Supporting senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Developing a deep understanding of our core technologies, including AI, IDP, and RPA, to effectively address client enquiries.
- Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

- A genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to learn about the AI and data analytics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
