What You’ll Do

• Engage face-to-face with customers inside retail environments
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
• Build strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Work closely with a supportive leadership team
• Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer acquisition
• Participate in our hands-on management training program
• Develop leadership skills with opportunities for advancement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Comfortable working with people in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and goal-driven
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sports, hospitality, or sales is a plus — but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

Average first-year earnings range between $800–$1,500+ per week through a combination of guaranteed base pay and performance incentives.
